Jennifer Beyer

Jen has worked and volunteered for two decades with the non-profit sector at operational, governance, and systemic levels. From strategic and operational planning to governance processes and team and partnership development, she’s worked on it all. This experience includes spending more than six years on her condo board and providing tech support to support efficient and effective online and hybrid Condo AGMs around the Edmonton capital region. 

Her consulting work is incredibly varied. One aspect is helping nonprofit and public boards understand and create governance practices that are more inclusive of diverse board members and are appropriate for complex problems. Jen is continually working at finding more effective and inclusive meeting approaches and encouraging boards to ditch Robert’s Rules.
