Carrie has been deeply involved in condominium management since early 2011. She has extensive experience managing various types of condominiums, including townhomes, high-rise buildings, mixed-use properties, and more.
Carrie is a licensed Condominium Management Broker through RECA and was previously licensed as a Property Manager. She worked in consulting and reviewing condo documentation packages between 2019 and 2020. Carrie has been elected to the Real Estate Council of Alberta Industry Council for Residential and Condominium Management and serves on its Board of Directors.
Additionally, she has served on the CCI Northern Alberta Board and contributed to committees focusing on education and business partnerships. Carrie has also published an article in CCI’s INSITE TO CONDOMINIUMS Spring 2020 issue, discussing the importance of condominium documents for owners.
